Dark golden color. Medium head. Aroma is a mild grain, floral smell. Taste is more mild hops with a malty grain finish. Pale Ale. 5.4% ABV
Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale - Alltech's Lexington
Actually a pretty good beer considering how common it is. Lots of sweet bourbon with citrus and tropical fruit notes. Strong Ale. 8.2% ABV

Their flagship cream ale: super smooth tangy grains with a hint of citrus. Great beginner beer. Cream Ale. 5.1% ABV
Nude Beach - Stevens Point
Hazy light yellow with small off-white head. Spicy aroma, wheat, fruity, sweetish. Flavor of wheat, medium sweetness, peach, fruity, a bit bready, spicy. Lively carbonation, medium dry. American Wheat. 5.0% ABV

Dark brown opaque with a medium size and medium lasting not that creamy a beige head. Faint roasted malt and bready aroma with hints of sweet smokey varnish, charcoal and bitumen. Lighter in body palate and flavours than the draught. Stout. 4.1% ABV

Clear copper with a large slightly off-white head that dissipates quickly. Very sweet and slightly floral aroma. Plenty of malt flavours, quite sweet, a little floral, slightly earthy. Amber Ale. 4.7% ABV
312 - Goose Island
Like the digits suggest, it’s a beer that’s densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We don’t filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. That’s how you know it’s unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. It’s not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that you’d expect. American Wheat. 5.4% ABV

A robust, yet suprisingly refreshing porter, Mud Puppy is a favorite of dark beer lovers. Characterized by a thick, rocky head and luscious chocolate-like nose, the malty profile is balanced by liberal hopping for its style. Porter. 5.5% ABV
Drop Dead Blonde - Stevens Point
Pours out to a thin white head and light gold-yellow color. No lacing. Aroma is light malts and floral/spicy hops. Flavor does more of the same with a crisp, dry grainy finish. Mouthfeel is light for style. Blonde Ale. 4.1% ABV

2012 Black Ale - Stevens Point
Pours black with small tan head. Nose is some caramel. Taste is caramel, toffee and coffee bitterness. Black Ale. 5.4% ABV
Newcastle Brown Ale - The Caledonian Brewery
Tawny/leathery brown. Nice and rich in colour with a bit of a creamy, bubbly lace of a head. Semi-sticky and seems to retain well. Smell: Medicinal, astringent aromas. Smells crisp and clean. Taste: Sweet (but not very malty) and light bodied in the begining. Ale. 4.7% ABV
Duvel - Brouwerij Duvel Moortgat
A Beer Advocate Top 200 beer in the world, Duvel breaks the notion that great beers have to be rare. Grassy, spicy, crisp, and refreshing. Golden Belgian Ale. 8.5% ABV
Belgian White - Stevens Point
Pours pale yellow with a fizzy white head. Quite simple stuff, sugary wheat, some yeast, white sugar. Light bodied with fizzy carbonation. Sugary, doughy wheat finish, white bread. Lager. 5.4% ABV
Franziskaner Dunkel - Spaten-Franziskaner-Bräu
Deep and dark colored, cloudy with yeast. Brewed with a darker roasted malt which adds some maltiness to the refreshing flavour of the Hefe-Weissbier. Dunkel. 5.2% ABV
Strongbow - Strongbow
Pours a clear yellow with a small, fizzy, short lived, white head. Sweet aroma of apples. Sweet flavour of apples. Light body with a watery texture and soft to almost flat carbonation. Cider. 5.3% ABV
